DOCUMENTARY ADMINISTRATION

To post employees to France, the company must complete several formalities with different organizations. We carry out these steps for you and we simplify their implementation

  • We inform and transmit the SIPSI posting declarations to the territorial unit of the Directorate of the place where you are to perform the service.

  • We fill in the social security registration forms for employees seconded to France.

  • Nous réalisons vos adhésions aux différentes caisses en fonction de votre métier et secteur d’activité.

  • We check that you have all the administrative documents to inform the labour inspectorate during an inspection :

    • document attesting to the regularity of the employer's social situation;

    • work permit for employees who are non-EU nationals, if the employer is established outside the EU;

    • employment contract ;

    • pay slips for each seconded employee or any equivalent document (for a secondment of more than 1 month);

    • time sheet for each day worked;

    • copy of the appointment of the representative in France;

    • any document attesting to the law applicable to the contract between the employer and the principal;

    • documents attesting to the number of contracts executed and the turnover achieved by the employer;

    • where the duration of the secondment is less than 1 month, any document proving compliance with the minimum remuneration

  • We store all these parts in order to be able to transfer them as soon as a request from a state agency requests it (7 days a week - H24).

Indeed, as the client or the contracting authority, using employees seconded to France, you must verify that your subcontractors have fulfilled all their obligations.

 

He must ask him, before each posting, for a copy of :

  • The declaration of secondment;

  • Document appointing the representative in France;

  • Social security registration form for employees seconded to France.

As a host company, you must attach the posting declarations to your single personnel register.

This register must remain available to labor inspectors

You must also send the labor inspectorate your social balance sheet, which must indicate the number of:

  • Employees seconded outside France;

  • posted workers welcomed.

The last check you must carry out concerns the accommodation of workers posted to your sites or sites. Accommodation is appreciated by a screening officer. You will have to send an injunction to your subcontractor in case of default. He or she has 24 hours to inform you of the measures taken to stop the situation.
