SIPSI Statement
Employers posting employees on French territory are required to make a prior declaration to the French authorities.
Legal representation
Whatever the sector of activity, the employer must designate a Legal Representative, whose role will be to represent you during controls with the French authorities
Respect the French labor law

Any failure to comply with these obligations is sanctioned by the French authorities, in particular the absence of a legal representative, punishable by a fine of more than €4,000 per seconded employee.
